Refund Policy – DMP Group

This Refund Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. By booking our services, you agree to both documents.

 

1. General Policy
DMP Group provides cleaning, garden, office, and property maintenance services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not automatically provided once a service has been completed.

 

2. Before the Service Is Carried Out
If you cancel a booking before the service has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided no costs have been incurred by DMP Group.

Where costs have already been incurred (such as materials, travel, or time), these may be deducted from any refund.

 

3. Cancellations
In line with our Terms and Conditions:

• Cancellations made with reasonable notice may receive a full refund

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

• If our team attends the property and access is not provided, charges may still apply and no refund will be issued

 

4. After the Service Has Been Completed
Once a service has been completed, refunds are not normally offered.

If you are unhappy with the service provided, you must contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, may offer:

• A re-visit to rectify the issue, or

• A full or partial refund at our discretion

This is in line with the liability and service standards outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

 

5. No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued where:

• The service has been completed as agreed

• Issues arise from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

• Access was not available at the time of service

• Work was carried out as instructed but does not meet subjective expectations

 

6. Processing Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
